What documents do you need for registration?
The basic requirement is to fill out our online form and upload your resume with a current photo and a cover letter. During the selection process, you will also be asked to provide:
- References from previous childcare work
- Copies of any relevant certificates
- A criminal record check
What is the hourly wage for a nanny?
A nanny’s pay depends on your experience, education, completed courses, and the specific family offer. The current average hourly rate for a nanny in Prague is 250 CZK/hour.
Can I work with you on an employment contract?
No, you don’t sign an employment contract with us. The collaboration usually takes place on a self-employed basis (via IČO) directly with the family. In some cases, other forms of collaboration (such as agreements) can be arranged. We’re happy to advise you on setting the terms.
Who will pay me and who do I sign the contract with?
You will agree on payment and specific terms directly with the family. Once the terms are agreed upon, the contract is signed, and the cooperation begins, the family will pay you regularly.
