Deposit Payment
After paying a deposit equal to 1/3 of the fee, we will immediately begin selecting the most suitable nanny for you.
Candidate Presentation
We will send you the portfolios of the most suitable candidates and arrange meetings with your top choices.
Trial Childcare
After the meeting, you can try out the selected nanny on a non-binding basis to ensure she meets your expectations.
Collaboration
If you’re satisfied, you can begin working with the nanny. We will prepare a contract between you and your nanny for the agreed cooperation, and you’ll pay the remaining balance.

How long does the process of finding and providing a nanny take?
The process typically takes an average of 10 days, although in some cases it can be completed in as little as 2 days. We recommend requesting a nanny in advance to allow us to present more suitable candidates. If we are unable to find a suitable nanny within the agreed timeframe, we will refund your deposit in full.
What if we realize during the collaboration that the nanny isn’t a good fit?
If you find that the nanny isn’t a good fit, please contact us. We offer our clients a 30-day guarantee for a free nanny replacement starting from the nanny’s first day. Together, we will find a substitute nanny who better meets your needs.
Can I try the nanny before paying the fee?
Yes, we offer the option to try out a nanny before paying the fee. This trial period allows both your family and the nanny to determine if you’re a good fit. If you’re satisfied, we proceed with long-term collaboration. If not, you can end the service without any further obligations to the nanny.
Do you offer childcare services outside of Prague?
We primarily provide childcare services in Prague. However, we can also arrange a nanny in the districts of Prague-East, Prague-West, and the Central Bohemian Region. Wherever you need childcare in these areas, our services are tailored to meet your needs.
How are the nanny’s vacation and sick days managed?
If your nanny is sick or has a planned vacation, don’t hesitate to contact us for a temporary replacement nanny.
Do you provide care for children with special needs?
Yes, our database includes nannies who specialize in caring for children with special needs. For these exceptional children, we recommend only nannies with proven experience and expertise in this area.
